Site Supervisor – Civil Construction

EDSS is looking for a responsible and motivated Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure that projects are executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Candidates with a Civil Engineering background are preferred. Freshers who are eager to learn and capable of handling on-site responsibilities are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities and monitor site progress.
Coordinate with workers, engineers, and other site personnel.
Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship.
Maintain daily site progress reports and records.
Track material requirements and coordinate timely procurement.
Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and construction standards.
Report site progress, issues,



and delays to management.
Assist with site measurements, quantity calculations, and other construction-related activities.

Requirements
Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and drawings is an advantage.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work at construction sites and travel to project locations as required.
Ability to take responsibility, solve practical problems, and work effectively in a team.
