Handle and process General Insurance claims from intimation to final settlement.
Review claim documents, policy details, survey reports, estimates, invoices, and supporting documents.
Coordinate with Insurance Companies, Surveyors, Insureds, Brokers, and other stakeholders for timely claim processing.
Follow up on pending documents and claim requirements with the concerned parties.
Verify claim-related information and ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.
Coordinate with surveyors for survey assignments, reports, clarifications, and claim updates.
Monitor claim status and maintain accurate records and trackers.
Review survey reports and supporting documents before forwarding claims for further processing.
Identify discrepancies,



missing documents, and claim-related issues and escalate them to the concerned authority.
Prepare claim status reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure claims are processed within defined timelines and as per company procedures.
Maintain proper documentation and confidentiality of claim information.
Handle follow-ups with insurers and clients regarding claim approvals, queries, and settlements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
