Manage the day-to-day operations of the eye hospital and vision centres.
Supervise hospital staff and ensure proper duty allocation and attendance.
Coordinate with OPD, OT, optical, diagnostic, pharmacy, and other departments.
Ensure quality patient care and a smooth patient flow.
Monitor patient registration, consultation, surgery scheduling, and discharge processes.
Manage staff performance and ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Monitor operational expenses, inventory, and resource utilization.
Maintain hospital records, reports, and operational documentation.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and infection control standards.
Handle patient feedback, complaints, and service-related issues.
Monitor operational targets and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, HR, finance, and senior management.
Support the implementation of quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
