Position: Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Follow up on customer enquiries, leads, and appointments.
Inform customers about Hyundai vehicles, offers, and dealership services.
Schedule showroom visits, test drives, and service appointments.
Maintain customer records and update lead information.
Build robust customer relationships through professional communication.

Candidate Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, polite,



and persuasive personality.
Basic computer knowledge.
Customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
Previous telecalling or sales experience will be an added advantage.
