Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team by managing customer communications, coordinating orders, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team and customers regarding orders and inquiries.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
Follow up with customers for order confirmations and payments.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely order processing and dispatch.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide timely support.




Assist the sales team in achieving business targets.

Required Skills:
Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Robust organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Knowledge of ERP/Tally will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate:
Experience in Sales Coordination or Back Office Sales.
Positive attitude with valuable follow-up and customer handling skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
