Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and customer-focused Guest Relationship Executive to manage client interactions, ensure excellent guest experiences, and maintain solid relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist clients and guests professionally.
Handle guest inquiries, calls, and follow-ups.
Coordinate site visits, meetings, and client appointments.
Maintain client records and ensure timely communication.
Address customer concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Experience in hospitality, customer service, or real estate will be an advantage.

Shift: Rotational

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
