Job Description

TBM Ecommerce Academy is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor (Sales) to handle student enquiries, convert leads into admissions, achieve sales targets, and manage batch-related activities.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in sales, counselling, and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads and enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other channels.
Counsel prospective students about courses, career opportunities, and training programs.
Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into admissions.
Close sales and achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Maintain lead records, follow-up status, and sales reports.
Manage student admissions, fee collection follow-ups, and batch coordination.




Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth batch onboarding and management.
Build valuable relationships with students and ensure a positive admission experience.

Requirements
0–1 year of experience in sales, counselling, telecalling, or customer service.
Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
Solid interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
Experience in EdTech or educational counselling will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
