Girish Textile Industries is looking for a proactive and organized Marketing & Customer Relationship Executive to handle online marketing activities, customer inquiries, calling, follow-ups, and quotation preparation. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain customer relationships while supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Handle online marketing activities to generate customer inquiries and business leads.
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Respond to customer inquiries received through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
Prepare, fill out,



and send quotations to customers as per company requirements.
Maintain records of customer inquiries, calls, quotations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales and internal teams to ensure timely responses to customers.
Maintain customer databases and update inquiry status regularly.
Assist in promoting company products through online platforms.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
