This is an urgent requirement for a Boston Institute to be based in Coimbatore.
Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in the EdTech industry.
Preferred Candidate Location: Candidates based in Coimbatore and nearby locations are preferred. Candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate will also be considered.
Industry Exposure: Candidates should have experience working in a corporate EdTech workplace, preferably in academic counselling, student counselling, or education sales.
Salary Range: ₹4–5 LPA.
Communication Skills: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Convincing Skills: Solid persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Lead Conversion: Ability to convert prospective student leads into confirmed admissions.
Counselling Skills: Should be able to understand students' learning needs, explain courses and programs, and recommend suitable options.
Follow-ups:



Must be proactive in following up with prospective students and parents through calls and other communication channels.
Target Orientation: Should be comfortable working with admission targets, conversion ratios, and performance metrics.
Lead Management: Ability to manage incoming leads, maintain follow-up records, and update lead status in CRM or other tracking systems.
Customer Relationship Management: Build trust with students and parents, address their queries, and guide them throughout the admission process.
Preferred Profile: Candidates with a proven track record in lead conversion and achieving admission targets in an EdTech organization will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
