Job Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls to US patients.
Schedule dental checkups and treatment appointments.
Explain dental services to patients.
Handle patient queries, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
Update appointment details in the CRM system.
Meet daily calling, booking, and quality targets.
Work with the team to improve appointment conversions.

Key Details
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM IST

Eligibility and Requirements
Graduation in any stream.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent English communication skills.
A neutral English accent will be an advantage.
Comfortable working the night shift.
Basic computer knowledge.
Good convincing and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to learn dental terms and CRM software.
Previous experience is not required.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
