We are hiring an individual who will be responsible for handling daily operations and coordinating with clients through regular operations calls to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect with clients on operations and follow-up calls
Coordinate between internal teams and clients for task execution
Handle daily operational activities and reporting
Maintain client communication records and updates
Ensure timely closure of operational requirements
Resolve basic client queries and escalate when required
Requirements:
Positive communication skills (mandatory)
Confidence in handling client calls
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and documentation
Ability to work in office and manage multiple tasks
Prior operations or client-handling experience preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
