We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Store Manager to manage daily store operations, lead the sales team, and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Achieve monthly sales targets and monitor key sales performance indicators.
Guide and motivate the sales team to improve performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints.
Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, and proper billing procedures.
Maintain store display, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with management.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, punctuality, and discipline.
Ensure proper opening and closing procedures and maintain store cleanliness.

Requirements
Minimum qualification is Plus Two or Degree.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in retail sales or store management.
Valuable communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
