We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing Spiritual & Wellness E-Commerce brand.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, confirming online orders, verifying customer details, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers for Cash on Delivery (COD) order confirmation.
Verify customer addresses and order details before dispatch.
Handle customer inquiries and provide product-related information.
Follow up on pending and unconfirmed orders.
Maintain daily calling records and update order statuses.
Coordinate with the dispatch and operations team.
Help reduce order cancellations and RTO (Return to Origin).
Achieve daily calling and order confirmation targets.





Candidate Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi.
Basic English knowledge preferred.
Basic computer skills.
Positive attitude and convincing skills.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Previous telecalling or e-commerce experience will be an advantage.
