We are seeking a passionate Principal with 5+ years of leadership experience in International Schools (Cambridge) to guide our diverse school community.

Key Qualities We Need:
Manage school finances and budgets effectively, ensuring compliance with Cambridge guidelines.
Implement and enforce school policies and procedures, and ensure the school meets all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Lead and mentor teaching staff, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
Foster a positive school culture that promotes student well-being and engagement, and engage with parents and stakeholders.
Oversee curriculum implementation, assessment strategies, and academic planning.
These responsibilities ensure the academic and administrative excellence of the institution while fostering a cooperative educational workplace.
