WE’RE HIRING | CRE Executive (furniture)

Location: Rama Street, Vidhan Sabha Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh

Salary Budget: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience : 2–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer relationships and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely service.
Maintain customer databases, CRM records, and regular communication.
Follow up on leads, orders, deliveries, and after-sales services.
Build long-term customer relationships and improve customer satisfaction.
Resolve customer issues and ensure timely closure of complaints.

Requirements:
2–6 years of experience in CRM, customer relationship management, or client servicing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools will be an advantage.
Candidates with experience in furniture, interiors, home decor, or related industries will be preferred.
