A Site Supervisor oversees daily operations, safety compliance, and workforce coordination on a construction or fit-out project.
Assign daily tasks, coordinate labor schedules, supervise crew performance, and hold morning huddles to align workers.
Maintain daily site logs, track worker attendance, record safety or inspection data, and report project progress to Project Managers.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
