Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
Generate and qualify sales leads and schedule appointments when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM/database.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
