We are hiring a Customer Support Executive with experience in Health Insurance Renewals to assist customers and drive policy retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with health insurance renewal queries.
Follow up on pending renewals and ensure timely conversions.
Resolve customer concerns and handle objections.
Coordinate with insurers for smooth renewal processing.
Maintain customer satisfaction and achieve renewal targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Health Insurance Renewals.
