Job Title: E-Branch Relationship Manager – Retention

Working Hours: 9 AM – 6 PM
Location: 17th Floor, Hiranandani estate, thane
Job Description:
Manage customer retention and relationship-building activities.
Handle customer queries and resolve service-related issues.
Promote sales and cross-selling of banking products.
Ensure customer satisfaction and minimize customer attrition.
Requirements:
Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi is mandatory.
Must be comfortable with sales and cross-selling.
Open to both male and female candidates.
Robust communication and customer-handling skills.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹630,000.00 per year
