Job Summary:
We are looking for a target-driven Pre-Sales Telecaller with real estate industry experience to generate qualified leads through daily cold calling and support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Make daily cold calls to potential customers.
Generate qualified leads for real estate projects.
Understand customer budgets and property requirements.
Follow up with prospects and maintain lead records.
Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
Achieve daily calling and monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements:
Prior experience in real estate telecalling or pre-sales preferred.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with cold calling, follow-ups, and targets.
Basic knowledge of Excel and CRM systems.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
