Handle data center network cabling installation, testing, troubleshooting, removal and remediation.
Configure and troubleshoot CIMC, iDRAC and iLO management systems.
Troubleshoot basic IP addressing and subnetting issues.
Use tools such as Wireshark and PuTTY for network troubleshooting.
Perform smart-hands support at data centers, colocation facilities, communication rooms and offices.
Coordinate building power-down activities and maintenance.
Handle vendor escorts, equipment deliveries, collections and physical verification.
Perform rack mounting, installation, de-racking and un-racking of IT equipment.
Perform network cable patching, troubleshooting and rack/cable dressing.
Replace authorized customer-serviceable components such as hard disks, power supplies and memory DIMMs.
Maintain patching records, hardware/spare inventory, cabling capacity and rack diagrams.
Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure timely service and SLA compliance.

Required Skills: Data Center Operations, Network Cabling, IP/Subnetting, CIMC/iDRAC/iLO, Wireshark, PuTTY, Rack & Stack, Hardware Troubleshooting and Customer Support.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
