Handle all incoming and existing leads, including pending leads, failed leads, cart recovery, diamond searches, and CFW requests.
Communicate with customers through email, live chat, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
Manage leads during gap hours, giving priority to custom jewellery inquiries.
Assist customers throughout their buying journey and provide excellent customer support.
Ensure prompt responses, effective follow-ups, and high conversion rates.
Manage pending tasks handed over from the night shift.
Handle all lead-related activities and maintain regular follow-ups.
Ensure smooth and consistent communication with customers.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
