Job Title: Kitchen Commis Chef 2nd (Commis II)

Job Summary:

Assist senior chefs in food preparation, presentation, and plating while refining culinary skills and knowledge. Demonstrate a solid foundation in kitchen procedures, cooking techniques, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation:
Prepare complex ingredients and components.
Cook and assemble dishes with minimal supervision.
Assist with menu planning and recipe development.
Kitchen Operations:
Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff.
Monitor inventory and ordering supplies.
Culinary Development:
Refine cooking techniques, knife skills, and presentation styles.
Learn new recipes and menu items.
Participate in culinary training and workshops.
Teamwork and Communication:
Collaborate with senior chefs and other kitchen staff.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and front-of-house staff.
Support sous chefs and senior chefs during service.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
