About the Role

Cenitpro is hiring a Performance Marketing Executive with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. We are looking for someone who can independently manage paid campaigns, optimize performance, and generate quality leads for clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities
Plan, launch and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display & Shopping).
Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
Optimize campaigns to improve Lead Quality, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
Perform keyword research, audience targeting and campaign optimization.
Set up and manage Conversion Tracking, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives and landing pages.




Monitor campaign performance and prepare client reports.
Work closely with the internal SEO, Design and Content teams.

Requirements
1.5–3 years of hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads experience.
Solid knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
Experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Agency experience is highly preferred.
Valuable analytical and reporting skills.
Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice periods will be preferred.
