Profile Introduction

We are seeking a Travel Associate with knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation systems to assist customers with flight bookings, itinerary preparation, and travel-related queries.

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international flight booking enquiries.
Assist with airline reservations, ticket issuance, and cancellations.
Manage ticket modifications, rebooking, and refund requests.
Prepare travel itineraries and provide flight information.
Coordinate with airlines and travel service providers.




Maintain booking records and customer documentation.
Assist customers with travel-related queries.
Follow airline procedures and applicable ticketing guidelines.

Requirements
IATA certification or relevant travel and ticketing training preferred.
Knowledge of airline reservation and ticketing procedures.
Familiarity with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is an advantage.
Positive communication and customer-service skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in booking transactions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
