Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day gaming café operations.
Handle customer enquiries, bookings and payments.
Supervise PS5 consoles, gaming PCs, pool and snooker tables.
Manage staff attendance, shifts and daily responsibilities.
Maintain gaming equipment and ensure everything is operational.
Handle café counter operations, stock and inventory.
Maintain cleanliness and discipline across the premises.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor daily sales and prepare basic revenue reports.
Help improve customer engagement and repeat business.
Pay: ₹9,900.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
