Job Summary

We are looking for a relationship-focused and commercially driven Key Account Manager to manage strategic client accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
Understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions.
Develop account plans to achieve revenue, retention, and growth targets.
Identify prospects for upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and customer support teams.
Monitor account performance, customer satisfaction, and renewal risks.
Prepare regular account reviews, forecasts, and performance reports.
Resolve client issues promptly and ensure effective escalation when required.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, renewals, and service agreements.
Maintain accurate customer records and activities in the CRM.

Requirements
Postgraduate degree in Business,



Marketing, Management, or a related field.
MBA or PGDM preferred.
3–7 years of experience in account management, client servicing, sales, or business development.
Proven experience managing major or strategic accounts.
Robust relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Commercial awareness with a focus on revenue growth and customer retention.
Familiarity with CRM systems and account-management tools.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
