Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented Restaurant Host/Hostess to welcome guests, manage reservations, coordinate seating arrangements, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements.
Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
Coordinate with restaurant staff and the service team to ensure smooth operations.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about restaurant services.
Manage guest complaints professionally and escalate issues when required.
Monitor table availability and waiting times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Answer phone calls and manage reservation inquiries.
Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: 12th pass or graduate in any stream; hospitality qualification preferred.
Experience: 0–2 years; restaurant or hotel experience preferred.
Freshers: Can apply with positive communication and customer service skills.
Languages: English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
