We are a rapid-growing advertising organization seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our branding solutions portfolio. This role is responsible for revenue generation, client acquisition, and building strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and business development for branding and advertising solutions.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies and direct corporate clients.
Identify recent business opportunities and generate leads in target markets.
Oversee media planning inputs, pricing strategy, and proposal development.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.




Coordinate closely with operations and creative teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising/media sales.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of branding and advertising solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
