Customer Relations Executive
The job role is candidate-facing, primarily focused on managing candidate interactions, ensuring satisfaction, and driving business goals (service).
Inbound: Receiving calls from existing or potential candidates regarding inquiries, support, or services.
Outbound: Making calls for follow-ups or feedback collection.
Providing Information: Explaining services, perks, and fees to candidates.
Candidate Support and Query Resolution: Addressing candidate questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
REQUIREMENTS:
Effective communication in English
Freshers preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
