Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings.
Create 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Assist in space planning, design development, and presentations.
Coordinate with site engineers and project teams.
Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and design standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization tools.
Positive communication, coordination, and design skills.
Experience in residential or real estate projects will be preferred.
