EXECUTIVE CHEF – MURIJINPUZHA, KOCHI

Key: This position is for a well-established and experienced qualified. Candidates without sufficient Executive Chef / senior kitchen management experience are requested not to apply. Only responsible and genuinely experienced candidates will be considered.

We are looking for a highly experienced and proven Executive Chef to lead the kitchen operations of our upcoming resort.

Key Requirements
Well-experienced candidate with a strong track record in hotels, resorts or reputed restaurants.
Excellent knowledge of South Indian, North Indian and Continental cuisines.
Strong expertise in menu planning, food quality, presentation and kitchen operations.
Ability to independently manage and lead the complete kitchen team.
Experience in food costing, inventory control, wastage management and hygiene standards.
Will work closely with the Consulting Chef for menu development, standards and culinary concepts.
Experience in pre-opening a resort/hotel will be an added advantage.
Strong leadership, discipline and team-management skills.
Hands-on, responsible and capable of taking independent decisions.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
