Job Title: Associate – Investor Relations

About the Role

We are looking for an Associate – Investor Relations to support investor communication, business analysis and stakeholder management. The role involves interacting with investors, understanding business drivers, preparing investor-related materials and supporting engagement with financial market participants.

Key Responsibilities
Handle investor queries and ensure timely and professional responses.
Understand the company, its business model and key business drivers.
Support preparation of Investor Presentations, Press Releases and Annual Reports.
Conduct peer analysis and competitive landscape analysis.
Support quarterly earnings and conference calls.
Coordinate with fund managers and buy-side analysts and provide relevant company updates.
Support engagements with sell-side analysts, including corporate days, site visits and corporate visits.
Assist in coordinating Non-Deal Roadshows (NDRs)



and investor engagement activities.
Build and maintain professional relationships with investors and senior stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of investor interactions and coordinate with internal teams.
Track key company metrics, business performance and investment fundamentals.

Desired Skills
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Basic understanding of financial markets and investments.
Valuable understanding of company financials and key business metrics.
Strong analytical and research skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Keen interest in capital markets, investments and listed companies.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders.
