Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Fresher to join our team. The candidate will support recruitment activities, HR operations, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR activities. This is an excellent prospect for freshers who want to start their careers in Human Resources.

Roles and Responsibilities
Assist with end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, and joining.
Assist with offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documentation.
Support onboarding, employee induction, and employee record management.




Maintain recruitment trackers, attendance records, and HR databases.
Assist with employee engagement activities and general HR administration.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the management.

Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Good coordination, organizational, and time-management skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a relevant HR qualification.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
