Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, factory, technical, and corporate positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and recruitment agencies.
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews with management.
Manage bulk hiring and ensure positions are closed within the required timeline.
Maintain candidate database, recruitment tracker, and joining status.
Handle offer letters, joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads.
Also manage attendance, employee records, payroll coordination, and basic HR compliance.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
