Job Summary

Civilianz, an EdTech company providing competitive exam coaching and training, is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students and generate leads.
Explain courses, training programs, and admission details to students.
Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.
Maintain lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve assigned admission and business development targets.

Requirements
Prior experience in calling, telecalling, or customer handling is required.
Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




Ability to convince and engage prospective students.
Target-oriented approach with robust follow-up skills.
Experience in EdTech, educational institutions, or sales will be an added advantage.

Job Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala
