Job Title: Wellbeing Counsellor – Middle School

Job Description
Provide emotional, social, and behavioural support to middle school students.
Conduct individual and group counselling sessions to address students’ wellbeing needs.
Support students in developing emotional regulation, resilience, self-awareness, and positive relationships.
Identify students facing academic, social, or emotional challenges and provide appropriate interventions.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to promote a secure and supportive learning setting.
Conduct wellbeing programmes and workshops on stress management, peer relationships, bullying prevention, and mental health awareness.
Maintain confidential counselling records and follow appropriate safeguarding procedures.

Qualifications
MA/M.Sc. in Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or a relevant field.
Counselling qualification or relevant skilled training preferred.




Experience working with middle school students is preferred.

Empathy, patience, and a student-centred approach.
Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and maintain confidentiality.
Knowledge of child and adolescent development, safeguarding, and student wellbeing.
Ability to collaborate effectively with parents, teachers, and school leadership.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Whitefield, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
