Profile: Mern Stack Developer

Working Days: 5 Days (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust web applications using Node.js and Next.js.
Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
Write clean, well-documented, and effective code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship current features.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and maintenance.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
Contribute to code reviews and mentor junior developers.
Actively participate in "vibe coding" sessions—collaborative, focused coding sessions aimed at generating cutting-edge solutions and maintaining a positive team dynamic.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Node.js and Next.js.
Proficiency in working with both relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational (MongoDB) databases.




Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and modern frameworks.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Exposure to or experience with AI tools like Cursor IDE or large language models such as Claude Sonnet.
Understanding of Agentic AI Frameworks: Knowledge of how to build and integrate autonomous AI agents to handle complex, multi-step tasks.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
