Wellphy Medical Hub is looking for a polite, patient-focused, and motivated Telecaller to support patient communication, appointment scheduling, and service-related inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments.
Provide accurate information about clinic services and treatments.
Follow up with patients and respond to inquiries courteously.
Maintain call records and update patient interaction details.
Coordinate with the concerned departments to ensure smooth patient communication.

Requirements
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
A polite, qualified, and patient-friendly approach.
Ability to communicate clearly in Malayalam; knowledge of English is an advantage.
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
