Floor Manager, Queen Margherita’s Pizzeria, Malad

We are hiring a Floor Manager to lead the floor at our Malad restaurant. You will run the service, not just supervise it: the briefing, the sections, the mood of the room and every guest recovery are yours.

What you will do
Lead a floor team of six to eight through lunch or dinner service.
Brief the team, call the restaurant ready, and walk the floor every 15 minutes.
Handle guest complaints first-hand and fix them rapid.
Own the night reset, the stock count and waste going out.
Train and certify Table Artists.

What we look for
Two years or more in restaurant service, with at least one year leading a floor or a shift as captain or supervisor.
You stay on the floor when it is busy and do not disappear into one table.
You write things down: a miss is logged, not hidden.
Hindi and working English. Comfortable with a billing system.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
