KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail Operations
Lead day-to-day operations across the retail store network.
Ensure consistent execution of retail processes and operating standards.

Sales & Store Performance
Drive store sales, productivity and overall business performance.
Monitor store-level performance and identify areas for improvement.

Customer Experience
Maintain consistent customer service and in-store experience across locations.
Ensure products and brand presentation reflect Almond House standards.

Merchandising & Inventory
Coordinate product availability, merchandising and store-level inventory requirements.
Work with Production and Supply Chain to ensure timely product availability.

Expansion & Projects
Support new store launches, relocations, renovations and retail expansion initiatives.
Coordinate with Operations and Projects teams for smooth execution.

Team & Performance Management
Lead, guide and develop retail teams across locations.
Establish performance expectations and review store performance regularly.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience




15–20 years of experience in retail operations / retail management.
Experience in F&B;, food, FMCG, premium retail or multi-location businesses preferred.

Technical / Functional Skills
Solid knowledge of multi-location retail operations.
Understanding of sales, footfall, conversion, average bill value and category performance.
Knowledge of merchandising, inventory management and store processes.
Strong retail MIS and performance-analysis skills.

Business & Operational Skills
Solid operational planning and execution skills.
Ability to improve store productivity, customer experience and operational efficiency.
Robust problem-solving and commercial understanding.

Leadership & Communication
Strong team leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.
Ability to work closely with VP – Operations and cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
