Key Responsibilities
*Convert enquiries into admission through effective communication and follow up.
*Maintain records of customer interactions , enquiries and follow up.
Handle inbound and outbound phone calls professionally.
Manage in the reception area and ensuring the office is neat and tidy.
Greeting and welcoming clients,customers and a visitors professionally.
Required Skills
*Proficiency in Malayalam and English.
*Basic computer skills including knowledge of MS office and Excel .
