Key Responsibilities:
Video Shooting: Shoot high-quality reels, promotional videos, brand videos, interviews, and other digital content using skilled cameras and equipment.
Reel Creation: Plan and shoot engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos based on current trends.
Video Editing: Edit raw footage into skilled videos.
Content Planning: Coordinate with the marketing team to understand content requirements, campaign objectives, and creative concepts.
Creative Storytelling: Use effective storytelling, transitions, music, sound effects, and visual techniques to create engaging content.
Social Media Optimization: Edit videos according to platform requirements, including aspect ratios, duration, resolution, captions, and formatting.
Trend Research: Identify trending audio, reel formats, editing styles, and visual concepts to improve content reach and engagement.
Equipment Management: Handle cameras, lenses, lighting, microphones, and other video production equipment responsibly.
Brand Promotion:



Create product videos, service promotions, behind-the-scenes content, and brand awareness videos.
Quality Control: Ensure all videos meet quality standards for lighting, framing, audio, colour grading, and editing before delivery.
Timely Delivery: Complete assigned shoots and editing tasks within deadlines while maintaining consistent output quality.
Performance Tracking: Monitor video performance through views, reach, watch time, audience engagement, and other relevant metrics.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, social media marketers, and other team members to execute campaigns.
Feedback Implementation: Make revisions based on feedback and continuously improve shooting and editing techniques.

PPO available based on performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
