Technology Sales ExecutiveJob Overview

The Technology Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling CEAPAY’s technology products, including AI Call Centre solutions, kiosks and other technology-based products to business customers.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential B2B customers.
Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking and direct outreach.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, proposals and sales offers.
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved limits.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
Maintain customer information, sales pipelines and follow-up records in the CRM.
Coordinate with technical and implementation teams.
Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing,



IT or a related field.
1–3 years of B2B or technology sales experience preferred.
Freshers with solid communication and sales aptitude may be considered.

Required Skills
Robust communication and presentation skills.
Basic understanding of software, AI solutions or business technology.
Lead generation, negotiation and closing skills.
Customer relationship management.
Proficiency in MS Excel, email and CRM tools.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monthly sales revenue and collections.
Number of qualified leads generated.
Number of customer meetings and product demonstrations.
Lead-to-customer conversion rate.
Follow-up efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
