Job Description – Machine Operator

Company: Western Sealtech
Location: Umargaon, Gujarat
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: ITI

Shift: 10 Hours

Key Responsibilities
Operate CNC, VMC, rubber molding, and extrusion machines.
Perform machine setup and monitor production operations.
Inspect finished products and identify quality defects.
Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine breakdowns.
Maintain production records and follow safety procedures.
Follow 5S practices and achieve production targets.

Required Skills
Knowledge of CNC, VMC, molding, or extrusion machine operations.
Basic knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.
Understanding of quality inspection and machine safety.
Positive teamwork, discipline, and attention to detail.

Preference: Candidates with experience in the rubber manufacturing industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
