Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 0 to 5+ Years
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate VMC milling machines as per production requirements.
Perform tool setting, workpiece clamping, and tool offset adjustments.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and tolerances.
Load and prove out CNC programs before production.
Inspect components using Vernier calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.
Ensure dimensional accuracy and achieve daily production targets.
Monitor tool wear and troubleshoot machining issues.
Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S and safety practices.
Required Skills
Knowledge of VMC machine setting and operation.
Familiarity with Fanuc / Siemens / Mitsubishi CNC controls.
Basic knowledge of CNC programming and G-code.
Ability to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
Knowledge of cutting tools, machining parameters, and tool offsets.
Salary: As per experience and company standards.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
