MyTree Enviros India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and organized HR & Administration Intern to support our HR operations and day-to-day office administration. This is an excellent chance for freshers who want to gain practical experience in human resources, recruitment, employee coordination, and administrative activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interviews and follow-ups.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
Assist in preparing HR letters, offer letters, and other employee documents.
Handle day-to-day office administration and maintain office records.
Coordinate office supplies, documentation, and general administrative requirements.




Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Assist management with HR reports and other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree or pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and email communication.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn HR processes and administrative procedures.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
