Job Title: Architect / Architectural Designer

Department: Architecture

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Years

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

Software Proficiency:
AutoCAD
SketchUp
V-Ray
3ds Max

Key Responsibilities:
Develop cutting-edge architectural designs and detailed planning solutions.
Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and presentations in line with project requirements for presales.
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Conduct daily production visits to prepare target sheets and oversee in office activities, ensuring design intent and quality standards are maintained.
Review and interpret MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings for integration with architectural plans.
Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and perform accurate quantity take-offs for architectural and interior works.




Assist in cost estimation, material planning, and budget tracking based on BOQs.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation efficiently.

Excellent project coordination and communication skills
Practical knowledge of site execution and supervision
Understanding of construction methods and materials
Ability to read and integrate MEP drawings
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
