We are hiring an experienced Academic Counsellor to join our team at Profiles Educational Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd.
The role includes student guidance, enquiry handling, and participation in outreach activities.
Key Responsibilities
Provide counselling support to students and parents regarding courses and college options
Handle phone enquiries, walk-ins, and follow-ups
Maintain enquiry records and ensure timely communication
Visit homes for scheduled counselling sessions when needed
Participate in school visits, seminars, presentations, and marketing activities
Coordinate with the admissions team during counselling and enrolment process
Required Skills & Qualifications
Prior experience in student counselling or a related role (required)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain academic pathways clearly and professionally
Proficiency in Malayalam; additional languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel locally for field assignments
Basic computer skills (Email, WhatsApp, Excel, CRM entry preferred)
