Sales Executive – Inside Sales / Telesales

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining our products, following up on enquiries, and supporting the team in achieving sales targets.

Freshers with valuable communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply. Candidates with prior experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer handling will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on enquiries.
Explain the company's products and services to prospective customers.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
Provide regular updates on sales activities and customer feedback.

Requirements




Freshers are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer service is preferred.
Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of computers, email, and Excel/Google Sheets.
Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented approach.
Ability to follow up consistently and work with a team.
